Having over 200 consultants deployed at any given time helps V-Soft achieves this process for each of our client companies. In addition to our client friendly culture, speed and desire to respond quickly for open positions, low cost model, we believe that our internally developed candidate tracking database, “ATS,” sets V-Soft apart from our competitors. It has over 1,000,000 resources available and can be sorted by job category and IT skills for quick parsing to find candidates by skill and geography. V-Soft places about 30 consultants a month and 10 fulltime IT staff in various skills nationwide. V-Soft has an office for offshore development, training and recruiting in Hyderabad, India. V-Soft manages staff augmentation for companies like IBM, Cardinal Health, Johnson Controls, Target, Papa Johns, EMC, Microsoft, Mercer, Monsanto, and many others at their locations. V-Soft had 2007 revenues of $17.5M and has been awarded Louisville’s Fast 50 award winner in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007. V-Soft has been in business since 1997.
